Programmes

Our Programmes

We turn virtues into action across the communities we serve.
Each is guided by the Core Virtues it draws on most.

Seniors

Moments That Matter

Guided by Compassion & Respect

Silver Moments

A befriending programme that pairs volunteers with seniors for regular companionship and small moments that matter.

Community

Bonds of Belonging

Guided by Compassion & Gratitude

Home Sweet Home

A platform for resident–volunteer collaboration that grew out of goodie-bag distribution. Volunteers and residents — including the young — run simple, meaningful activities together, identifying real needs and rekindling the kampung spirit, so neighbours look out for one another and residents become role models who give back within their own community.

Kopi Teh or Mooi

A spin-off from Home Sweet Home — a relaxed befriending session over kopi, teh or mooi (porridge), letting residents choose what they’d like as a simple icebreaker to help them open up.

Persons with Disabilities

Journeys of Inclusion

Guided by Courage & Respect

+Venture

An inclusive, experiential tour — the Eat Pray Love @ Singapore River Edition — co-designed with Wonder We Go, bringing persons with disabilities and volunteers together to experience the city side by side. Tour content is rooted in Singapore’s Five Shared Values, kept distinct from our own five Core Virtues. The tours are also customisable for seniors and children.

Families

Homegrown Kindness

Guided by Gratitude & Integrity

Young Families

Good habits start young. When children give alongside their parents, they learn kindness by doing — and the grown-ups around them, parents and fellow volunteers alike, become the role models they grow up to follow. Our sessions are built to welcome families, so the youngest hands can pack, carry and give right beside everyone else.

Resident Volunteers

Turning residents and families into volunteers within their own neighbourhoods, so that kindness begins close to home and becomes a family habit.

Stories That Grow Kindness

Guided by Integrity & Compassion

Once Upon a Virtue (Storytelling)

Our flagship programme for ages 7–12, bringing the Five Core Virtues to life through storytelling. Delivered in schools, in various National Libraries, and in other spaces that can host us.

Once Upon a Virtue (Enrichment Programme)

The enrichment format of Once Upon a Virtue — a longer, activity-based engagement that takes the same five virtues deeper. Currently delivered in student care.

Youth

Purpose in Action

Guided by Courage & Integrity

How to Slay at Work

A youth work-readiness workshop that prepares young people for the world of work.

Financial Literacy 101/202

A two-level youth financial-literacy programme, run as workshops for young people including select ITE students. Delivered with the support of our banking partners, whose people help fund and facilitate the sessions.
