We Bring the Volunteers —
You Bring the Cause.

For charities, social enterprises and ground-up groups.

13 Years of Doing the Work Ourselves

Everything we offer is built on what we learned running programmes on the ground — distilled into two proprietary frameworks, the volunteer-management methodology that anchors everything The Volunteer Switchboard and Bridging Causes do. Partnering with us means more than tools: we connect you to companies who want to give, run the experience for you, and back you with a platform and a community. There are four ways we work with you.

Host a Corporate Team

We match our corporate partners to causes that fit, and you become the host organisation for the volunteering experience. We plan, design and run the event end to end — you welcome the team, and your cause gains the hands, the attention, and often the support, that it needs.

Manage Your Volunteers with Bridging Causes

The platform we built to run our own programmes — sign-ups, attendance and communications — now open to charities who want to run their volunteers properly.

Join the VSB Lobang Family

A network of more than 50 charities, social enterprises and ground-up groups, sharing resources, goodwill and opportunities. Join as a Lobang King or Queen to give and take what your community needs.

Consultancy

Ready to run your own? We'll share the two frameworks behind everything we do — our own methodology for volunteer management — and sit with your team to design a volunteer experience that lasts.

Our Methodology

The Frameworks Behind Everything We Do

Two proprietary frameworks we developed over 13 years on the ground. We’d love to share them with you — through a consultancy engagement, on the Bridging Causes platform, or whenever we host a programme together.
